The restaurant of L`Hermitage has the privilege of being located inside one of the most beautiful oil mills of Mallorca.

The island boasts more than 9 mountains, all of which are over 1000 metres high. The highest one is the Puig Major, nearly 1436 metres high and is not far from L`Hermitage. This is an ideal place for walking, taking in the spectacular views, and the paths start from the hotel. You`ll find several locked gates going into the neighbouring fields and the keys are available upon request.
One of the favourite itineraries is the one that goes to the Alaró Castle or the finca Es Verger; these are real beauty spots and the views are breathtaking. Do not forget to bring comfortable footwear and a camera.
